As most of you know, the Supreme Court is now hearing arguments in McDonald vs Chicago. This case will decide if the protection of the Second Amendment extends to state and local laws. It is probably, next to Heller, the most important Second Amendment case ever, and will chart the course of gun rights for years to come. Here is a transcript of the oral arguments made Tuesday.
