Troy folding sight question

so my wife is awesome and bought some troy folding sights for V day . After looking at the package it says its for raised rails ? Are these good to go for the MP10? Thanks in advance

Bought a set exactly like that on the recommendation from someone on this forum who said they would work.

Bought the following Troy Folding Battle Sights and they work fine on my MP10
