Tyler T-Grips were an *old school* solution to fill the space behind the trigger guard to position your finger more in line with the trigger (and keep your middle finger from getting beat by heavy recoiling rounds). It also let you keep the smaller *magna* style grips. Even General Patton had the S&W version on his famous 357 magnum with the 3 1/2" barrel and ivory (magna) style stocks. Less expensive than buying custom stocks like the *Ropers* a la Skeeter Skelton.
Scratch filing a complaint with the Oklahoma AG's office. Got a letter from Peggy Paddyaker Investigave Analyst stating that *we have no authority over matters of the nature.* So it seems that the USPS mail fraud route is the only option.![]()
You made up that name!
This is a business opportunity for someone...
I am meeting with a mold maker tomorrow, and plan to produce cast resin models (to begin with.) They will be black (to begin with), initially sized for current production J frame S&Ws. We'll see what the demand really is. Resin is inexpensive and comes out with a finished surface so I expect to be able to deliver them reliably for less than the Tylers.
