I ordered the awesome Tyler T-Grips in May, until today no word, and was getting concerned. But great things happen and they (Bryan -owner) are catching up! So if you have any T-grips or Trigger shoes on order...be patient, he’s on it. They are a small artisan family shop, and Bryan is focused on quality. In short, between moving his shop, regulatory approval delays and COVID, Tyler Mfg fell way behind. Bryan is a no nonsense guy focused on production, and has recently hired help for the customer communications end of things. The web site needs serious updating, and that is also in the works. So as a big fan of T-grips, I’d like to get the word out to get everyone spreading the word that good things are worth waiting for...even in this overnight Amazon delivery world we are now in. Please spread the good word, and share the need for patience.
