Uncle Mikes IWB adapter for kydex / reflex holsters

Anyone have any experience with the Uncle Mikes IWB adapter for their Kydex or Reflex holsters? I like the idea but I wonder how bulky or thick it would make IWB carry

I am interested to hear about this, I just got a reflex and really like it for my m&p. I'm not sure the reflex movement to draw would be very easy in an IWB configuration.

Great holster for 30-35 bucks though for the range, etc.
