That’s what I wondered—how a custom treasure winds up for sale. You would think he would want it to stay in the family. I know I would want in passed down in mine for generations.
Honestly I have no idea why I ordered a 44 sp other than I thought it would be a rare gun someday and I already had a 45 Colt.

I'm pretty sure it belonged to this guy.

that's a very nice revolver and you got it at a fair price. I have one very similar, only mine has the Aged True Ivory two piece stocks and I went with .45 Colt.
After receiving mine (I was and am VERY pleased with it), I was preparing to order a second one in .44 Spl. when the company went belly up.
The signature on the backstrap and custom serial number were options when you ordered one of their revolvers. Those are "custom touches" and I wouldn't change a thing! Shoot it and enjoy it!

Blasphemy!!!!!!I should probably be suspended from here for life, but these beautiful guns almost make me say, “who needs any hand ejector!?”
You lookin’ to trade?Signatures on the backstrap used to be a thing. I would not have it removed.
Only one of my Single Actions has a signature, it is my Bob Munden Special. The signature is gold filled

This revolver looks much more spectacular in person. I have just never taken a photograph to do it justice . . . . Nickel and fire blue, and it shoots great as well. I got this from Bob about a decade ago
CajunBass, I would have jumped on that had it been in my area. You got a great deal on a fine firearm
Thanks for thinking about meYou lookin’ to trade?![]()
