I got overruled on the Hot Pockets. The boys want me to order burrito boats, soft tacos and tortilla chips with salsa from Taco Casa.

As I mentioned in another thread...the weather has allowed me to open the windows. So, I have that going for me.

Which is nice.

Over the weekend I smoked five racks of ribs in my Orion. We had ribs, potato salad, cucumber salad and hot rolls. I used a mix of mesquite and apple wood - I'll be tasting smoke for the next few days!
