Well, we are back from Key West...

Didn't see the required picture of the "buoy". I was disappointed when I went down to see such un-Florida beaches. Yes, the high priced places had sand they brought in but for the most part it was just a rocky shore. Did take the Hemingway house tour, but enjoyed the Mel Fisher museum more. At the time they had a room stacked up about 2' tall with silver bars down the wall. My pockets weren't big enough and didn't have the industrial strength suspenders to sneak any out. Did buy one of the silver coins recovered from the Atocha though.

I was there for six weeks back in 1968. Loved the place, but it may all be different now. I toured "Papa's" house, but I seem to remember I had more fun at his favorite bar. But I was about 22 years old at the time. In fact I celebrated my 22nd birthday in that bar. So they tell me.

Best Regards, Les
