I wouldn't worry if it's for a .223. I've seen them loaded backwards in an M4. Took an armourer to extract it, but it loaded.
That might be the ammo for the Polish revolver I saw somewhere a while back.
DUCK.........when you shoot it.
I think you might'a over polished your brass a little bit........ but everything else looks fine.
