There is a British writer of American Westerns who refers to SAAs as a "Six Killer". Guess you have to expect that kinda thing from the Brits. I can't remember his name and I only read the one book, though I understand he's a popular writer in some circles. Strongly doubt there is any historical evidence of that term actually being used.
