What did you reload today?

I've been reloading 125 grain lead bullets over Blue Dot powder for my Taurus PT 92 9mm. Blue Dot works great. I had been using Unique with that bullet and results were very disappointing. I've found that Unique does work with lighter bullets in the 9mm.

Yesterday I reloaded 32 H&R Magnums with 98 grain RCBS cast bullets. The day before it was 327 Magnums. Today promises to be a 32 S&W Long day.

Please post a few pictures of your bullets and loaded ammo if you can. Thanks.

What guns are you shooting them out of? I have a S&W Model 31-1 in .32 S&W Long.

Loaded some coated 9mm on the 550 this morning.
Hope to load .223 this weekend. I’ll swap back to large primer next week and turn out .45 acp and 44 mag.

Loaded 120 9mm rounds with new powders to test through my R51. Six different bullets from 95gn to 125gn, five of which are castings from Lee molds. These have the shortest oal of all my reloads due to Remington's short leade.

Might not be a brass cartridge case, but a muzzle-loading rifle is essentially being a reloader every time it is loaded and fired.

Loaded some .454 Casull ammo with light, very pleasant loads.
265gr wide flat nose w/ gas check from Beartooth
1 box loaded with 10gr Unique for about 1000fps.
1 box loaded with 12gr Unique for about 1150fps.
These are very mild for a Casull, essentially duplicating heavy .45 colt loads. Why bother? Because I enjoy shooting Casull revolvers without the heavy recoil. Back in the day, we used to shoot the same bullet at 1800fps. That was then, this is now.

.357 maggies

8.0 gr Unique under 125 Hornady XTP's

waiting on 158 Noslers and more brass to arrive from Graff's

Bored, just loading everything I got for my .44 Spec and .357

Hi, complementing the post # 26 - Powder scale is here, chinese made, I think Horizon brand. Measures to 1/10 of grain, that suffices.
The 85 .45 AR Berdan cases are clean and primed, now the poder question. Here we have not many options.
Gun powders found here are made basically by IMBEL and CBC.I have from the first a type known as PV2P and from the latter a type listed as 219.
Both are for non magnum handgun loads and should work fine in my S&W brazilian shooting 230 grains lead bullets.
The question is how do they compare with Bullseye ?!
I know 219 is a fast burning powder measured at 45 millisecons. Does anyone know the burn rate data of Bullseye?
That´s why I find much more reloading tables featuring Bullseye powder then I find the CBC 219.
Of course this is for academic reasons only, as I don´t have Bullseye and will use either or both of my currently avaiable powders.
Thanks, regards, Ray

I got the bug to work on some 9mm cases, 6mm Rem cases, .222 Rem cases and some .38 specials. Just sizing cases but I did a Lot of brass in the last two days

Let’s see, I had a choice of setting up my second press and loading or working on my taxes. It was a no brainer so I decided taxes can wait.

I normally load on a Dillon Square Deal B and have a Rock Chucker that was my dads. I setup a second bench for the Rock Chucker for the less shot calibers i shoot, 38/357, 44 magnum and 380. I also have dies for 308, 30-06 and 223 but don’t actively shoot those calibers. On my Dillon I load 45acp, 45 LC, 38 super and 9mm.

I found a box of 500 38cal jhp bullets I’d had for thirty years and loaded some of those in Moderate 357 loads and have a box of 148 hbwc I loaded in 38 target loads with bullseye. I then switched over and loaded some 45acp with a box of Speer RNHP jacketed bullets my dad bought forty years ago I’d guess.

I primarily load on the Dillon and loading on a single stage press is painful if you’re doing any quantity. Still it gets the job done and produces very nice consistent rounds. But I can see some 38/357 dies for the Dillon in the near future.

I have thousands of rounds loaded now and just need the range to reopen so I can shoot them.
