What did you shoot in the last couple of days?

A Rossi 720, Tisas Zigana FC 9mm, two Rohm 38s, Taurus 65, suppressed GSG 1911-22, Taurus 65, Bersa Thunder Xtra, Rossi 22lr revolver, Remington 7400, GP100 357, Rossi 1892 in 357, Beretta 1935, Colt 1903, and Glock 19.

A busy range day for sure!

I had brought out the Anschutz 1423 and shot it standing at 25 yards, the Haemmerli International in 211 configuration and, of course, my carry gun. It was fun and I feel good.

What a great hobby!!!

1984 Sig P226 and a Sig M17 Military Surplus. It was so enjoyable that I fired all the ammo I brought and had to really resist the urge to buy more and keep on going.

The M17 surprised me and gave the tightest grouping. I liked it enough that I ordered a M17 Bravo. I'll be taking the P226 out on its own Monday.

Got a new Ruger Mark IV standard last week and took it to the range Monday. I've not owned a standard since the 70's. Great fun to shoot.

Today went to the indoor range and shot my Sig P365 and then to 100 yard range (same range) and sighted in my new Vortex scope on my SAM7SF Bulgarian milled AK-47.

Today I shot my Ruger SR9 at a outdoor range (20 degrees) and a indoor range. Shot about 200 rounds, all reloads.
At the outdoor range I only lasted 45 minutes, it was cold!

I like shooting .22's, especially when equipped with an optic:

Nothing, absolutely nothing I tell ya! It's rained 11 of the past 13 days here, and all four of the last four weekends. But I'm loading ammo for my 631, 4566 and 25-5. It's going to be so much fun when I do go. I've been saving every juice/milk jug since about Christmas.

My range is in my back yard, so it has to be dry enough to drive either the truck or the ATV and a trailer down there with all those water jugs. I have 6-6" round plates hanging and a dueling tree. Plus I usually hang a few golf balls on strings.

I can't hardly wait! Ya'll are killing me!

Been shooting nothing, too dang cold and about 2 feet of snow at the outdoor range. Might have to make a road trip to an indoor range, I'm having withdrawals plus I have a new Hellcat to check out!

Recon 45, 4566, Sig 210 American, and the little surprise: Sig 238.
About 900 rounds in three days from these four. Every time I went to clean them and put them away, they all went right back in the range bag.

Shot my Model 69 for the first time. Then took out my little Colt new frontier 22 six shooter. After shooting 44 magnum then jumping to 22 my hand was thankful. Had my dad with me and he shot his Colt Gold Cup that I gave to him a few years ago for his 50th. I bought that one I bought used but it looked as it hadn't been fired and I sent it off to Colt custom shop and had them add a few things my dad prefers on his 1911s. That pistol shoots and is probably more accurate than both of us. Shot a ragged hole in the target at 12 yards.

The first time to the range in a long time for me.

S&W Model 6906 - first time to really seriously shoot it. Loved it a lot more than I expected.

S&W Model 5906 - a "rescue" gun I bought in a sheriff's sale. Another "first time" at the range. It shot well, and performed flawlessly, but didn't really inspire me.

CZ-83 - like all of the more recent CZs I have (CZ83, CZ75, CZ85) it shot really well, and was comfortable.

S&W Model 439 - (first time to shoot) a real dog I rescued from a sheriff's sale (for $75). Kept having failures to feed - still working on it.

And finally...

S&W K-22 Masterpiece (1952). As usual, an absolute joy to shoot. At 30 feet, standing shot double action about 4" group. When I went to single action, tightened to 2 1/2". I know others shoot way better, but there is no gun I am better with, or enjoy more.

625 model of 1988 (when I was born ;) been shooting it almost every day, otherwise a 25-7. Autoloaders don't come out much in the winter. But a p226 is just fine with gloves on.

I went to the range, this morning. 4" was the theme, allowing a little extra length for the Springfield Range Officer .45 that I've been shooting pretty well, lately.
Also making the trip: a 1958 Model 18, a late 70's 28-2, a 629-6, wearing a Hogue Pau Ferro monogrip (great grip for taming recoil, if you prefer wood to rubber), and a CPD stamped Model 66.
