What did you shoot in the last couple of days?

Winchester Hi Wall 50/90 Sharps. Thinkin' I might like to try it out in the Fall on some critter. Also fired a few rounds out of a 45/90 Shiloh Sharps Quigley model. I don't shoot them very often but I surely do enjoy the black powder cartridge rifles.

It's a tough life.

I finally bought a membership to the local range and have been making sure I go at least once a week. I have been really enjoying my 5.5 inch model 41 but also shoot my m17 4 inch full lug and Kel Tec pmr30..i have had good luck with my kel-tec and its a lot of fun to shoot with 30 rounds of 22mag.

oh no

Only my Russian IZH35M target pistol. Due to weather I have only shot on our small indoor bullseye range. 3rd week of league, and I'm seeing just how bad the arthritis is affecting my shooting. May be my last bullseye league.

Oh no, that's a heck of a note, I got a nice butt kicking from my Husqvarna this weekend, but my AR has a Redfield "Battle Zone", just an outstanding glass. I still can't shoot worth a ****, but at least I can see what I'm shooting at....

I had forgotten how important a knife is when shooting percussion black powder guns and had to use the car key or a screwdriver from my general range bag to remove those pesky stuck used caps but it was fun, nonetheless.

I did not shoot anything today but found a few minutes to just practice draws from concealment and a little dryfire excercise while waiting on the phone.

I think I will take the .36 Pedersoli Le Page with me the next time.

Today I shot my new S&W M&P 4.25" 2.0 (9mm pistol). Put 300 rounds of reloads and 30 rounds of SD ammo.
Worked well and is more accurate than I am.
Also shot my Ruger SR9 (stainless). Ran some SD ammo and reloads thru it, about a 100 reloads.
I had fun and here in Clarksville TN. the weather is great!

I took my 642 and my new Sig P225 A-1 to the local indoor range about a week ago. I did well with both handguns. The 642 has pretty much my EDC for the past couple of years, but the Sig will go into rotation for urban carry after a few hundred more rounds.

Ruger American rimfire

I bought a Ruger American rimfire 22 bolt action rifle last week at Vances in Columbus. Heck of a deal at $159.99. Synthetic stock, nice blued barrel and adjustable trigger. I put a Leupold 2x7 on it and sighted it in yesterday after church. Sweet shooting rifle. Dime size groups at 50 yards. Pretty happy with the purchase.
Makes a nice companion to my 18-3 for squirrel hunting

Today I took the P210-6 and shot it with Geco 124 gr ammo at 25. I noticed again that the accuracy of Magtech ammo is better in this gun and that the slightly loose screw for the hammer unit changed the trigger characteristics and led to problems. However, once noticed it was easily fixed.
I also took the Hammerli 212, which did well with Aguila Standard and shot one of my carry Glocks, drawing from concealment at 7 yards. I have to work on my double taps, ten years ago I was much faster.
