What guns do you carry the most?

Summertime, a 642-2 (which just replaced my 637) front pocket. Winter, a very old Remington Rand 1911A1 5" in a Tucker Silent Thunder. Plus a KT P32 bug.

My EDC is a S&W 360 in either SmartCarry or Kramer Pocket carry.

My 75% of the time firearm is my GLOCK 19, there are times when I don't have the GLOCK but there are virtually no times when I am not carrying the J Frame.

Trips to the woods include a S&W N Frame 44 or a Freedom Arms 83 in 454 or 45LC "depending on installed cylinder" with the obligatory J Frame on my person as well.

depending on weather, and my mood for the day: Mod 60 1 7/8 38 spl, mod 13 3" 357, Kimber ultra cdp 45

I have 4 sidearms in my carry rotation.
Astra Terminator .44 magnum snubby
Taurus 445 .44 special snubby
RIA duotone tactical 1911
High Standard 1911 Compact Crusader

I carry them pretty much equally... right now its the 1911 compact.

Well guys,I have two that I carry. A Sig 238 is the most carried, but I have a Smith 38 air wt.that is choice #2. Cant say enough about the Sig,it disappers in a front pocket and you dont know its there. It lives in a Galco in the pocket holster as does the Smith

Taurus 605 .357 90%, sometimes my Glock 27. These two could be sacrificed for a bit to an evidence locker if need be. I just hate the thought of one of my nice Smiths going in. My 29-2 was stolen a few years ago, and when it came back it was somewhat worse for wear, with some unknowledgeable non-gunner police officer having scratched an evidence number in the trigger guard. Made me cringe, ticked me off, and I had some words with his sergeant.

Nice since I changed my carry guns my new order is;

Taurus PT1911 .45ACP: 90%

Taurus 85 .38sp: 9%

Smith and Wesson Sigma 9mm: 1%

WE DON'T????????

We don't ride horses or carry saddle ring lever guns any more either. A Glock is one of the better tools of the trade these days.

Ok who did't post the memo???????? Guess I better throw away the Winchester 71 and my 2nd gen Colt SAA in 45 Colt. They are probly so out dated they wouldn't work as a self defense weapon anyway.

My usual EDC CCW for the past 6 years has been the Rohrbaugh R9s in pocket leather by RJ Hedley.

When belt carry is possible due to attire, a 10mm or .45 is carried in Matt Del Fatti IWB leather.

Depending on my mood, I will carry my Smith 36, or my star BM, or my Kahr MK9. Funny, but I prefer to carry the Star, Mexican style with the butt forward at about 4-5 o'clock. I know many will find my choice and method stange, but I'm up in years and have had lots of time to determine what works for me.
Thanks

Most of the time, I carry a Model 642 in the pocket and when out shopping or running errands at places with a lot of people, I'll carry an M&P9c.

I carry several of them, but the one I carry most often is a Glock 33... I know I know. I also carry a 442 no lock, whenever my wife don't have it.

I have a Kimber Pro Carry II on the way, so the glock might just get surplanted... hopefully. :)

Almost every day and every where legal... Model 38 airweight body guard w/ Speer Gold Dot Short Barrel ammo in an Andrews pocket holster.

On rare days when I need something lighter, a Keltec P3AT in a similar holster or Thunderwear [typically jogging or beach attire].

Summer months, for the most part, I carry my mod 60 IWB. Winter months, I carry a my Kimber Ultra CDP.
When traveling - they both go along with plenty of reloads.

It's always interesting to read about this topic, I carry concealed all the time, with the exception of places that prohibit it, summer time my M60 in a IWH, but every now and then when it gets too hot I stuff a taurus 380 in a pocket hoster, (better than nothing), for years I have been carrying my colt officers model in the old but time tested Milt Sparks summer special and not to be forgotten my trusty 3914 in various hoster rigs, I recently purchased a 29-8 44 mag mountain gun and she is going to be my companion during the winter months in my X15 holster.

Glock 17 is my duty gun and it gets carried off duty as well.

i prefer that if (God forbid) i have to shoot somebody off duty the dept.'s gun gets put in the rust locker instead of my own.

I know what you mean about the "rust locker".

While in my last two years of college, I lived off campus in an apartment complex. It wasn't a dive...but certainly a budget area.

I had a pistol kept in my nightstand. It was mainly for target shooting, plinking and woods carry.

I returned home from class one day and was shocked to see Police cars everywhere. One of my neighbors had a domestic incident with his wife. He was drunk and convinced she was cheating on him and he'd broken into my appartment and taken my pistol. Compounding this was his use of steroids.

Someone saw him and called the Police. They arrived to find him holding his wife in the outside hallway in a headlock while waving the gun around.

One of the Police asked him to put the gun down and was it loaded. Rick, the husband, replied that it was loaded and popped up a round straight upward to proove it.

Somehow they talked him our of the gun and took him down. Both he and his wife, Deborah, survived the incident with only minor physical injuries. Sadly, she stayed with the fool and somehow he never served any time other than his initial booking and psyche eval.

It was a very bizare incident. Both were Army Reservists....he was retired. She was a very attractive gal but seemed powerless to his bullcrap. At 30 years old she never even had a driver's liscence depending soley on him for even basic stuff like transportation.

My gun was taken and I was instructed as to how to recover it later on. I took possesion of the gun once again a few weeks later.....there was a rusted side of the blue barrel.

Nice since I changed my carry guns my new order is;

Taurus PT1911 .45ACP: 90%

Taurus 85 .38sp: 9%

Smith and Wesson Sigma 9mm: 1%

Just changed out my Taurus 85 for a Kel-Tec P11 so....

Taurus PT1911 .45 ACP: 90%

Kel-Tec P11 9mm: 9%

Smith and Wesson Sigma 9mm: 1%

I also carry my P11 as a BUG to my 1911 so my P11 doesn't stay in my locker all day long.

A Glock 32 in .357 as well as a Smith and Wesson 37 or Beretta Tomcat in the LF pocket.
