Simple Truth, You Get What You Pay For. I have a Nikon F2 camera purchased new in 1974, cost me 425.00 dollars a lot of money at that time. I still have that camera and it still works well (shoot B&W with it). Considering it's lifespan it is now a very inexpensive camera.
My choice for a Powder Measure is the RCBS Competition which IIRC was about 180 dollars when I bought it. I expect that powder measure will still function perfectly in 50 years. I started with 3 of the Lee measures you have and the reason I have 3 is because they were so finicky to get set it was easiest to simply dedicate a measure to one specific recipe. When I started loading with H110 I had so many leakage and jamming issues I bought the RCBS and tossed those Lee measures in a box. They are available for FREE to anyone foolish enough to want them and willing to pay for the shipping.
