what is your fav. J frame snubby holster

I'm with s&wchad; get the Kramer Pocket Holster in Horsehide. Very comfortable to carry and very well concealed. Drawing is smooth, quick and holster alsways stays in my pocket. Kramer is in WA state. http://www.kramerleather.com/

I must have at least 5-6 J-frame holsters; the Kramer is the one I carry.

My 2 favorite J frame holsters; Like 310 pilot, I use a vintage Bianchi agent inverted shoulder rig. I have worn it on 3 cross country Jeep trips to Colorado and have never had a problem with it. The Renegade ankle holster is, in my opinion, the most comfortable ankle holster made. I lost mine to a friend who is visiting the big sandbox.

I find I like the deSantis Thumb Break Holster. Positive retention with a tensioner and strap. I am active and I'll not have the weapon bounce out while I'm about. I have the deSantis for all my carry handguns, with the exception of the LCP.

My wife uses a deSantis Pocket holster for her 642. It has alittle hook cut in to help with the draw.

I really like my Safariland it fits my 642 with laser grips quite nice. I use a cross draw motion and the ability to cant the holster makes that much more feasable. Thanks Larry

Put me down as a fan of the Mika pocket holster, too. My old Model 36 is always with me but I seem not to notice it in my pocket.

Occasionally, I'll also have my old Charter Arms Undercover in a Galco Ankle Glove just for good measure.

And when the mood strikes me I'll put the 36 in an old Tex Shoemaker belt holster.

front pocket, Galco Horsehide. OWB, Galco Combat Master. OWB rides high and close, good enough retention. Horse Hide, stays put no matter what. Galco is a bit spendy but my life and the lives of my family are worth it.

IWB...Celtic Wee Holster. In the pocket APocket Holsters.

My mdl 37 no dash rides in a Remora IWB which also works as a pocket holster. I carry it every day "appendix carry" and hardly know it's there.

First, pocket holsters. El Paso Saddlery first and foremost. But there are lots of choices out there depending on what you want to spend and what your style of dress is, i.e., jeans versus shorts versus dress slacks, etc.

Next, any OWB belt holster that mimics a Milt Sparks Summer Special - or just get one of those. Galco, El Paso, Milt Sparks, Mitch Rosen, as long as it's top quality leather and has those belt loops you're good to go.

IWB is a little different; I still try to get holsters that mimic Summer Specials, though, from the same folks I named.
