After a long series of Ford pickups (my favorite was a '90 300 ci six), I have been running Chevy Astro vans for about seven years. A very comfortable rig for pulling dirt bikes. With AWD a little thirsty, but nice in Minnesota winters.

I've retired my old 1985 Toyota 4Runner and replaced it with a 2010 Toyota FJ Cruiser (manual tranny & full time 4WD) ...............this vehicle is amazing in the snow we've had this winter. :D

2010 Sierra crew cab, solid, quiet and decent mileage.

Tonight theresa and I were hauling a new dishwasher home in her 2001 silverado. A thumping developed that I hope is just a tire seperation. I just bought new tires two months ago and left the truck at that tire store. They were closed and I had a friend rescue us. I was quite sure I might lose a wheel in a few more blocks! Visualy the tires looked good but the truck felt like I was driveing over a speed bump with every reveloution! Hope it aint something else! That truck only has 88,000 miles on it. I will report back tomorrow night.
Answer: It was a busted front right wheel bearing. Close to falling off. $315s worth. FM

full size Montero 4x4 for hunting, scubadiving, fishing, etc

Olds Intrigue around town.

Only problem, I can't vote twice for my families two ford trucks, my 16 yoa son drives a 1999 Ford F250 superduty 4x4 (147,000 miles) and my 2005 Ford F250 King Ranch model superduty 4x4 (76,000 miles). Almost every truck I have owned has been a Ford.

I have a MINI Cooper S that's a real blast to drive, but I slog back and forth to work in a Honda Civic.

2001 Jeep Cherokee, slightly modified with a backyard paintjob. This was after it was painted and before I added the 4 foot black CB antenna on the rear right side. It gets alot of attention, one for the paint job, and because of the Cherrybomb extreme muffler.

Here's my favorite ride ..... 2010 Toyota FJ Cruiser w/manual tranny and full time 4WD. This is the best vehicle I've ever driven in ice and snow. Wife and I went everywhere while others were slidding off the road.
