What was the last movie you saw, and did you like it?

While waiting for The Walking Dead to start--I watched: The Dirty Dozen. Nuff said :-))

My grown son and I watched "Locke" on DVD the other night. We were skeptical after about 15 minutes but it pulled us in and we both ended up liking it a lot. The WHOLE MOVIE was filmed in real time and takes place in a BMW SUV with Tom Hardy driving and talking on the phone as his life quickly falls apart.

Saw Fury. One of my mother's brothers was a tank driver in WWII. He was wounded when his tank was hit by a shell. He survived the wound and I got to know him when growing up. I'm glad I saw this movie. I give it 5 out of 5.

Into The White

Netflix

True story about the crews to two planes that shoot each other down and then must cooperate to survive. Well worth your time. Three and a half stars out of a possible five. After seeing the movie read further details on Wikipedia.

Just watched Interstellar. Almost 3 hours long. I loved it. The four year old Navajo kid next to me, not so much.

The visuals are stunning. It also has the best movie robots, ever.

Don't watch it if you don't want to think. It helps to understand relativity. My wife, who is usually pretty stoic, cried all the way home.

PS - I know. You saw it. Somebody in it is a liberal. Hollyweird hasn't made a good movie since Francis The Talking Mule. You want three hours of your life back.

It was an interesting idea for a movie and a good watch.

LOML and I just finished Neighbors. Not the worst movie we have watched but close. What was the point? Since we get most of the movies we watch for free from the library getting a stinker every now and then is not a big deal.

Oh, we both agree, the WORST movie we have watched is Bridesmaids, but Bad Grandpa was right down there also.

I'm really interested to see this. Would love to see it in Imax. Trying to decide if it's worth the 90 minute drive to the closest Imax theater.

Francis was OK, but he was no Mr. Ed.

I think it would be spectacular in Imax.
