Old fashion oatmeal with a couple table spoons of coconut oil, 1/2 glass
of 2% milk, 2-3 cups of coffee.

At present it is three pieces of buttered wheat toast (1 with lemon curd) and coffee with milk, sugar and a wee dash of Jameson.

Alton of Good Eats is my favorite TV cook, and Chef John of Food Wishes is my favorite video blog cook.
Is this a photo of your own home made Lemon Curd using Alton's recipe?
No, that is a stock photo as mine is now an empty jar.
PS: Alton and Zimmern are my two favorite foodies to watch.
Spam is way too salty for me, and I like salt, although I have been using less and less of it as time goes by.

No one will ever accuse a Spam fan of being a picky eater.
I had a cup of decaf tea with honey, a cinnamon roll, 2 slices of oranges, 2 slices apple, a sliced banana & a hard boiled egg. Then a bunch of prescribed meds. The meds did not taste as good as breakfast.

Scrambled eggs with pepperoni, cheese, onions. I'm on the last go around, nothing matters, they gave me 12 years 14 years ago. I fooled them. Lol

I am still doing the "birthday weekend" thing with food. Tomorrow morning I have a huge apple fritter that is going to be the last of the sweets for a while. I have been doing too good the last couple months to blow it for more than this celebration.

A former neighbor, brought me a large Puffball mushroom a couple of days ago. He knows of my love of mushrooms, especially Puffballs.
I fried some of it golden brown to accompany, my scrambled eggs, and some of that raw puffball, I mixed into sausage gravy, and cooked it. That gravy was used to spread over the scrambled eggs.
That was my breakfast today.
This was a rare treat, as my lawn care service, completely destroyed the mushroom supply, that used to grow in my yard.

I had black coffee , bran flakes with few raisins and peanut butter on whole wheat bread toast
