Mrs. RSBH44 took her 95 yr. Old mom to bingo on this fine wintery North Eastern evening so it's a bachelor evening dinner for me.
Grilled ham off the bone with mild cheddar cheese and mustard on sourdough bread , with a side of tomato bisque soup.

Fried deer liver from the buck I shot recently. It's always been a tradition to fry up the deer liver and heart the same day or the following day of getting a deer. This buck was heart shot so no heart this year just liver.
No photo tonight, too hungry to stop and take the time . Haha
Tonights fare was beef tips and fried onions in a rich brown gravy over Basmati rice, with a side of steamed California medley veggies. Washed down with a Killian's Red beer.

Haha! She doesn't care for this tradition! She will eat deer heart but no liver of any kind!
