What's for dinner?

Absolutely stunning day here central O-H-I-O.

Raised a glass to our happy forum family and pulled out the Big Green Egg.

New York strip and a couple of filets. Served with roasted Brussels sprouts and parsnips.

It was a very good day!!

I would listen to an hour of Yoko if I knew that Brussels sprouts and parsnips were my reward for doing so.

A redux on my signature roasted ginger-honey-curry chicken. Served over rice dressed with the drippings and cooked onions and side of roasted butternut squash.

(I like the dark meat…)

Hope you didn't have a beer with that great looking breakfast meal..Didn't take a pic but tonight I fried up some onions and a couple bottom round steaks. I had cut them off a roast we had last week...and the roast was actually not tough....like most all natural organic grass fed Montana/Wyoming beef these days. Had fresh broccoli and a med baked tater. It was good. Breakfast tomorrow I'm gonna make a couple of homemade egg mcmuffins.with bacon...I got a couple of those egg rings to cook 'em in...Work good
