What's for dinner?

Baked Spaghetti with garlic bread. and cottage cheese

When mom had leftover spaghetti dad would mix the sauce with the pasta and put it in the fridge. On Saturday mornings he would fry it in a cast iron skillet using bacon grease until it was a bit crispy on both sides and serve it with fried eggs.

Magnifique!

On occasion I will do it for the boys.
