Cast iron rules!
Baked Spaghetti with garlic bread. and cottage cheese

When mom had leftover spaghetti dad would mix the sauce with the pasta and put it in the fridge. On Saturday mornings he would fry it in a cast iron skillet using bacon grease until it was a bit crispy on both sides and serve it with fried eggs.
Magnifique!
On occasion I will do it for the boys.
I have a Marco's pizza on its way. First time trying them, so we shall see.

Fried Spaghetti. sounds good. Not sure i will be able to talk my wife out of having the Sat. & Sun. Normal of Hash browns with a over easy egg though i may try it myself.
