Last night at an Italian place in Rastatt, Germany

Labor Day was Garlic parm wings fresh tomatoes, grilled onions and salad onions and tomatoes came out of the Flower bed

Ribeye and some fettuccini Alfredo. Unfortunately the pasta was frozen, but, hey, what ya gonna do?

Had a wonderful omelet this evening with several ingredients.

Grilled pork chop sandwiches with my wife's BBQ sauce.

I had forgotten I have a large pot roast in the freezer . I need to get it out and crock pot it with some 'taters ,carrots, and onions before it gets too freezer burned.

Turkey, pepper jack, hard salami, and sweet pickles on honey wheat with chicken noodle soup. Filled me up good.

Yesterday, game day, I made hot dogs. Nathan's all beef, with tons of chopped red onion.

And tonight we enjoyed maple-planked salmon with potlatch seasoning and roasted veggies.

Leftover IHOP pancakes, a couple scrambled eggs with lots of cheese in them, and a few maple syrup breakfast sausages. It was a breakfasst for dinner night.

I made a fish taco from a piece of fish fry haddock, homemade red beans and rice with guacamole and pico de gallo . There was also fried clam strips, fries, onion rings and slaw .

We Went out last night.
They Were advertising Pig Out on the patio, so we decided it was date night.

The wife invited our grand daughter over for supper on Sunday the 14th.
I went to Save-mart to buy their NY steaks that were on sale for $7.99 lb.
Not a steak left on the shelves, except two packages that held two,
thin cut NT steaks at $15.97 lb.
The butcher felt sorry for m e and let them go for the special price.

I NEVER in my life, have BBQed a steak that thin, and I watched and turned them
to where they had light grill marks on both sides and still looked at least medium.

Everyone liked them but nothing to take a picture of.
Even the "Country fries" were thicker than the steaks !!

I had a ton of yard and garden work to get done this evening while the Ms. was out taking her older sister to physical therapy. Neither one of us had anything for dinner so we decided to make some classic stovetop popcorn and call that dinner.
