For me this is a no-brainer. The most beautiful revolver on the face of planet Earth is my Lew Horton 3" N frame 24-3 .44 spl.
It is the one on the left in both pics. A close runner-up might be my Ruger SP-101 stainless 3" .357 mag.
Course now I'm partial to the single six cowboy guns of the old west but I'm not counting them in this case. I love 'em all so much I could never even pick a top 10 let alone a single favorite.
COKE BOTTLE GRIPS & NICKLE ---WOW ,I forgot about Katherine Webb for a while.Fine .... Just Fine..here's JUST ONE!! forget you even saw the others

Actually th Colt SAA is about the top of the list. Another great revolver eye candy thread. The 1861 Navy is neck and neck with the SAA.
Perfect Classic walnut magnas. Buy a silver Tyler-T grip, and the package is now complete.![]()
The short barreled Model 27 must have a place in here somewheres...

My vote would be for the Colt 1861 Navy.

Hi Walkin Jack, What designates the S&W to be a Lew Horton? Did he make special factory orders? When I was a kid my brother in law would take me into Hortons gun shop in Framingham and we would spend hours in there. My brother in law new him well and he would work the counter sometimes. Great old memories.
Is there no love for top-breaks here? They're not my favorite all around revolvers, but aesthetically they are certainly beautiful....
