First, a comment: Stuffing should be stuffed inside a bird! Otherwise, it's gooey bread! Depending which house we're at the good stuff is with oysters or Italian Sausage, butt always from a bird!

Favorite of all is the whipped cream! On pie, on cake, on raw veggies or on my spoon, I just can't get enough!

ETA: Golddollar" Yes Randy, there will be stuffed mushrooms! Usually two kinds, I liked the ones with crab meat, until somebody that can't cook made them, I break out in a sweat just thinking of eating one! I still overindulge on the Walnut based stuffed mushrooms! ITB

To answer the question, the stuffing of course!

On a side note, I made a casserole of all leftovers on the Traeger last year (in a cast iron pan of course). I layered stuffing, turkey, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, and gravy topped off with some grated cheese. It was THE BEST MEAL EVER (and I love casseroles).

My wife's dressing with a little giblet gravy over it and, of course, fresh collards. We lucked up yesterday and found a man selling just cut collards out of the back of his truck. He had just cut them that morning and they were so fresh that some of the leaves still had frost on them.

If I lived closer I'd be bringing over my #14 Griswold skillet and you could just fill that baby up!
