What's Your Occupation?

Ase master certified tech working at a small shop for about another week. Manager is getting fired for bull reasons by the greedy boss so were all packing up and leaving.

If anyone in a non emissions county in arizona, New Mexico, or Dallas knows of a Toyota dealership or good small shop looking for a tech let me know ;)

Still working as a chemist, but now for Uncle Sam, and since there is no retirement age for Federal Scientists, will hopefully continue until I am 75 and a half, (20 months to go, then I will have to learn to live with my wife of currently almost 44 years). Dave_n
 
I fundraise for animal rescue via a pet sitting service I operate out of my home....visit one-at-a-time. com, I just got my gun permit and purchased a SW M&P...I also bought a Walther p22 but can't find any 22LR anywhere...no plinking for me....lol

I manage an office. It's... hectic. But there's always something new that happens each day, which breaks up any monotony.
 
I am the yacht skipper for "a member"of the L.A. Dodgers organization now.Been U.S. MerchantMarine since '70, been in lots of shady places, met lots of sunny beaches, #### at and hit, shot at and missed, will never retire from my real work- salvage, recovery and restoration. I have seen just about the whole pachyderm- jails, institutions and death which I attend to regularly in several countries. If I were Catholic, my patron saint would be St. Jude Thaddeus.

St. Jude Thaddeus has pulled my cha cha's out of the fire on not more than one occasion :eek:
 
I've been servicing wind turbines for the last few years and climbing that ladder is still the worst part of my day.

You must have worked in the wind farm north of Lawton. I can see them from my brother's house over by Mount Scott.

If you ever get tired of the summer heat, they're always looking for a good tech at my company's wind farm NW of Bismarck, ND.
 
(in no particular order):been a helicopter pilot, helicopter mechanic, carpenter, machinist, soldier, and now......work as a teacher at a school for boys with behavioral and emotional challenges.
 
The day I graduated I went to basic training for the USArmy (1966). Spent 10 years in the Army, in Armor. Got out for a bit and joined the USAF, as a Crew Chief, an put in 22 more years active duty. In the Army I wsa on M-48's., M-113's and M-60's, in the USAF I crewed F104's, F4, F(RF)4's. C130s and F-16 aircraft
 
I currently run my own full time electrical business and have been in the trade for 13 years. I also work as a medical technologist for the last 17 years. So I have two full time jobs, and also head master of our Christian home schooled 4 super smart children of which I have no say in what goes on in the class. husband of more than 18 years or so. Part time chicken farmer, honey bee stinger magnet, Love what I do wouldn't trade it for the world. Doeboy
