Where on the internet do you get your news? Yes, they are all bogus and biased, but I need something to at least get what stories are out there. I did use CBS but their website has turned into a vast wasteland with a lot of stuff you can't access. Same with a lot of sites. I'd just like a rundown of what's happening.

Someone told me that the Blue Macaw was now extinct and I didn't even know it was threatened.

Try the Drudge Report. You can follow the bylines of people you respect at the list on the bottom center of the page.

Good suggestion. I used to follow Drudge but it's been years. I just visited the page and it looks like he's expanded. As long as it isn't covered with pop ups and ads that come on so thick that you can't read anything.

The National Enquirer has the best alien abduction coverage, TMZ the best celebrity news. But like Rusty points out The Onion is the best overall.

I actually read the newspaper cover-to-cover daily. I don’t beleive anything I read on the internet—present company excluded—and even less what I read in the paper.

I like the classifieds best—my all time favorite “Full size mattress, like new. $200. Only slight urine smell.”

I like having a source......

....from another country. Just a different perspective. And you don't have to read about too much speculation as to who is going to jail as soon as that investigation uncovers something.

Over early coffee....

I use to follow both Fox News (and Fox Business).... and MSNBC's Morning Joe ... for "balance"......... OK.... ya..... Mika was hot; and turns out she sleeps around ( anyone have her number?)... :D...........

I swear they weren't reporting on the same stories...... maybe not even stories from the same planet .................

Lucianne.com is all you need. Lucianne Goldberg was the lady that advised Linda Tripp to advise Monica to hang on to the blue dress and not get it cleaned. Her website is an aggregate for articles from all over and reader comments give additional insight. If it's newsworthy it's usually on Lucianne first

Conservative Treehouse is another good site, probably the best to sort out all the legal dramas and chicanery facing President Trump.

Zero Hedge is full of economy doom and gloom, with good reason lately, but there is good info there. As with all internet sites, use your head - take what you need and leave the rest.

American Thinker is great, especially Thomas Lifson. Anything Victor Davis Hanson writes is worth reading.

Breitbart news is a daily stop and usually entertaining and often enlightening.

Drudge has shifted left. Still good but more sensational than ever and yellow dog journalism is alive and well. Whatfinger is a new site trying to compete with Drudge and is worth a look.

Marketwatch for financial news and, as always with the written word, take their news with a grain of salt.

I would add to the above very good list, freerepublic.com and sipseystreet irregulars.
