.55 Boys antitank round, out of a bolt action. But it wasn't 100, think only one!
Wikipedia says the recoil was why it was very seldom fired without support. The one I fired was prone on a bipod. Young and stupid, now just stupid though better informed.
Most everything else someone has already listed.

To the best of my recollection:
.22 LR
.22 Short
.22 Magnum
.223 Rem./5.56 Nato
.30 Carbine
7.62 x 39mm
.30-30 Win.
.308 Win.
.30-06 Spr.
.303 British
.35 Rem.
.444 Marlin
.45-70 Govt.
.32 ACP
.380 ACP
9mm Luger
.38 S&W
.38 Spec.
.357 Mag.
.40 S&W
10mm Auto
.44 Mag.
.45 ACP
.45 Colt
.410 Ga.
12 Ga.

Quite a few others with less than 100!

9x19mm through MP40 and MP38/42
7.92x57mm through my MG42
7.92x33mm through my MP43
7.62x63mm through my BAR

It is usually more that 100 rounds each time to the range.

We got hillbillies around here that'll shoot a hundred 12 gauge #8's a day during dove season . . .

I was going to add 12ga, but my only experience with that round was some familiarization training with a Remington 870, and I'm pretty sure we didn't fire anywhere near 100 rounds.

Not so many:

.177 (air pistol)
.22S
.22L
.22LR
.22 WMR
.25ACP
.30 Mauser
9mm Luger
.38 Special
.357 Magnum
10mm
.44 Special
.44 Magnum
.45 ACP
.45 Auto-Rim
7mm BR
7mm-08
.223 Remington
6mm Remington
.308 Winchester
12 gauge

Smaller numbers of

.32 S&W Long
.32 ACP
.45 Colt
.35 Remington
.416 Rigby

In my case, it was a 2-hour class, including learning the manual-of-arms, with maybe a dozen students, and we were all shooting 00 buckshot. All I remember is that I did not like wing shooting (I think that's what it was called...firing with the stock under the armpit).

I am not sure I understand the question, a 100 round of one caliber in my life time or 100 rounds at one sitting. last week I emptied 100 ro0unds thru a 44mag Henry, and 125 rounds thru a henry 45 LC, 250 of 7.62 x 39 from a mini 30. 100 38spl. I could go on but that is just bragging. I am retired all I have to do in shoot and reload.

Over 100 rounds lifetime total? OK, although I shoot over 100 rounds of .22 or .38 in a single trip to the range. The list:

.22LR (over 20,000)
.22 Mag
.32ACP (a few thousand)
.32S&W
.380
9mm (thousands)
.38LC
.38 Super (thousands)
.38 Spl (well over 10,000)
.357 Magnum (around 10,000)
.357 Sig
.40S&W
.44 Spl
.44 Mag
.45ACP (well over 10,000)
.45 Colt (several thousand)
.223/5.56
.30 Carbine (several thousand)
.303
.30’06
.30-40 Krag
.308/7.62
20 Gauge

I can certainly see that I need to spend a lot more time at the range. My limited list:
22 short
22 LR
223
30-30
30-06
12 Ga
32 ACP
357 Herrett
38 Special
308 Winchester

Guess I need to try out some more calibers.
