Which popular food do you dislike?

Any fast food burger. I haven't eaten one in so long just walking into a joint like Burger Kings turns my stomach. The smell of grease and god knows what is revolting to me.

bob

what about Red Robin or Wendy's?

The two make great burgers,

I hate Raspberry, distinguishing. Also hate Taco Bell now, I use to love it in the 80s but now I think dog food has more nutritional value.

Taco Bueno is good though.

1. Oysters. I figure if I ever accidentally swallow poison, I'm looking for an oyster first thing!

2. Indian food. No, no, that's EASTERN Indian, you know, with all the curry. Can't stand it.

3. Chipotle, the spice. I don't know how it got popular.

4. Liver, from any creature.

Lastly, Lima beans will make me hurl, but I don't think they can be listed as a popular food.

Bacon
(hangs head in shame)
only popular in certain areas-lutefisk

An (EX) friend (;)) of mine "Tricked" me into trying lutefisk a couple of years ago. Most VILE tasting thing to ever cross my lips.

Lutefisk, for those that don't know is fish that has been soaked in battery acid, rolled in rock salt, spritzed with water and dragged through powdered lime. Yes, the lime you put on your lawn to balance the pH. Then set in the sun to dry until it breaks like a stick of chalk. After 666 days of drying it is again spritzed with water and dragged through powdered lye

Don't believe me about how nasty lutefisk is? Ask QBall.

Vulcan Bob, scrapple is not pig brains, and is pretty tasty.

I detest corn dogs and Spaghetti-O's. I also don't like any of the too-sweet, gimmicky kiddy cereals like Lucky Charms, Cocoa Puffs, etc. Don't care a damn for most soft drinks, but loathe Big Red and Mountain Dew.

Liver? Certainly. Bacon? Of course. Liver with bacon? I'm there!

Chicken .... no way, especially if eaten with fingers !!!
Coffee .... how can anything that smells so wonderful taste so horrid?

I also do not drink coffee. I cannot agree with you about the bacon, though :( I do not mind canned tuna, but I do not particularly like the smell. I'm sure something better will come to mind, but for now that is something I will mention since some co-worker had some last night :D

I WILL NOT eat mac & cheese. I love pasta, I love cheese, but that particular combination just doesn't do it for me.

THAT'S WHY YOU ADD GROUND BEEF!!:p

If I have ground beef, cheese, and macaroni, I'm gonna make cheeseburgers. Then I'll give the raw macaroni to the kids to make one of those art projects where they glue it to a piece of paper and make a picture. :D

Man, this is hard for me.....

I'm the one that can't choose just one item on any best/worst thread, but I'm pulling a blank here.

I used to like seafood, but don't anymore except for some fish and clam strips. I can eat at Captain 'D's probably because it's hardly seafood. I do love Mackerel and Tuna. I hate any fresh water fish, especially catfish.

I'll eat a crab cake, but it's hard to find one that has any crab in it.

I don't like lettuce if it's not iceberg.

I fake it when eating s'mores or toasted marshmallows. I'd rather toast them than eat them.

I'm not big at all on Nachos. One is about my limit.

I don't see what the big deal is about lobster. Ok, it's good. Especially with garlic/butter. But an old shoe tastes good with garlic butter on it. It just ain't worth the cost.

Sourdough bread. Almost any other kind of bread is better.

Maple syrup - I don't think it tastes good at all.

I hate yams

I only like BLTs with out the L and the T.

collards and mustards are terrible. Turnip greens and spinach are great.

I don't find chicken on pizza at all appealing.

scuppernong grapes smell like epoxy glue to me

I can drink root beer, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.

Wild, gamey food.....

I wouldn't touch turtle soup or frog's legs

I love the way cinnamon oatmeal smells, but one bite is good and after than I'm done.

Anything mushy like rice pudding

Creamed corn is the worst thing you can do to corn

Well, I didn't think I could come up with any of these but google is your friend.:)

In my neck of the woods, everybody loves seafood...except me.

Not all seafood, of course. I love crabcakes, and shrimp, and the fish-and-chips at my local pub. But I don't really care for most other fish, mussels do nothing for me, scallops make me gag, and there isn't enough money on earth to make me eat a raw oyster!

In Maryland, this is just about treasonous...the only thing worse than not liking seafood is being a Yankees fan! :)

Cake, in any flavor. I basically stopped eating sugar many years ago
and since then just about any type of "sweets" tastes overly sweet
to me. Some things I can tolerate like a very small slice of pie but
cake is just too much. Cake with a thick layer of icing (sugar) smeared
all over it is truely sickening.

I have eaten about all the turkey I need to. Holiday dinners will feature porketta.
I like oysters, but they don't like me.
I don't really like coffee; i drink it for the caffeine, but only if I have masked the taste with cream.
I don't see the appeal of cow eyeballs. I have never been able to get all the way through one.
