Who Conceal Carries N-Frame S&W Revolvers?

What do you carry, how do you carry it and do you have any tricks to share with those new to concealed carry as how best to carry concealed? :)

Here is my N-Frame S&W.

Custom worked 625-8: Full trigger and action job consisting of the Apex Evolution IV parts kit and a level IV ICORE action work.

I am looking at these two holsters from Tucker Gun Leather.

I am surprised more people are not posting about conceal carrying the shorter barrel N-frame S&W revolver like the S&W 627 8-shot and the many shorter barreled S&W big bore revolvers. Interesting.

Not currently, but when revolvers were duty gear, I sometimes carried a model 28 4" in a Roy Baker original Pancake. I still have the Model 28 and the RB holster but not the slim waist line. LOL

The Model 28 mostly gets used to test a new bunch of reloads. Not many 357s are built as heavy duty.

I have been carrying an N frame ACP revolver of some sort for nearly four decades. Started out with a Bianchi 5BH, then a Safariland Model 29 holster, and finally went fancy with various copies of the Brill Sunday holster. I wear a 1 3/4" Ranger belt and have my holsters built to fit that belt. A properly built holster doesn't need anything special in a belt. It needs to fit the belt.

I am not particularly huge, 6'0", and under 200 lbs.

YkcorCal,
Nice 625. What kind of grips? And is there a screw missing on the gun? Just asking...

Don't often but when I do it is either a 58 or a 3-4" 57/657 in a DeSantis Speed Scabbard...keeps the gun high and tight.

For IWB carry I just just tuck the gun butt forward behind my left hip....usually no holster at all but did buy a REMORA IWB clipless holster... Not fast but very secure and with the butt forward doesn't print hardly at all...

Speed Scabbard...Don Hume J.I.T. .....Brewer Special made by a friend.

If I carry an N-Frame it is my 325 Night Guard. Size isn't an issue. But weight certainly can be uncomfortable. The NG weighs a full pound less than my 1911. So it gets carried. I use a DM Bullard Belt Slide holster which is an open bottom pancake style.
