Who likes the 3" Model 10's, 13's, 64's and 65's?

There seems to be a lot of people(including me)that prefer the 3'' and 5'' S&W to the 4 and 6''.
Anybody at S&W has some numbers of how many they'd sell? What about making a few special runs of each?
I won't hold my breath until it comes to be...my lips'll probably turn blue before!

If Smith did that they would not be as popular. Eliminate the 4 inch, and see what happens. IMO the 4 inch is the perfect barrel for a K frame for carry. It makes no difference IWB carry whether 2 inch, or 4, they both conceal the same. A K frame is not a pocket gun, and if it was it would take some big pockets for a three inch.

I salute you guys that love the 3 inch, but personally I just don't get it. I remember when I had my snub model 19, I didn't keep it long because it was no better than my model 67 for any type of K frame carry.

I was a hold out , I didn't see the need for a 3" K frame till I got one. As i said before the sky opened up and I could hear the angels singing.

A NIB 64-3 - purchased from our very own enraged gorilla. I sold it w/ out ever firing, but the new owner wasted no time getting to the range...

Can't begin to match alot of the gorgeous stuff you guys are showing here....
I only have two K 3" pieces.
A regular old M65 (can't recall dash no.) and a slightly unusual M&P .38 3" tapered. Mr. Roy shows a ship date of 1958 on it, and it is not model-marked.

A real want (not need) would be a 3" M547, but they've gotten a bit crazy to have been a 'slow seller' back in the day

I'm pretty sure there are more then a couple of guys out there, that would gladly trade a couple of eye teeth - for either of the two pistolas shown.

The tapered 3" M&P is especially interesting.

I only have one 3" k-frame, a 65-3 that I recently purchased from a relative. It's been in the family for years and, to be honest, I never had much interest in it. Boy, I didn't know what I was missing. I absolutely love the 65-3 and carry it as my EDC from time to time. What a fantastic handgun!

They do tend to grow on ya'...

Yeah I really like the 3 inch revolvers. Would love to find a 3 inch RB 10.

I have a 3 inch GP100 and the 2.75 inch Speed Six but the K frame Smiths are pretty elusive around these parts!

Nice pics everyone.
