The sticking point is the RCA input jacks. The only ones I have found with them are used ones on eBay.
Check out the JBL Boombox. I got this one for my garage and it sounds great!
I'm thinking about buying one of those to pair to my JBL Xtreme 3. That's the cool thing about some JBL speakers, they'll pair together.
My grandson, Ian, has a Magnavox that he uses for camping. I don't know which model it is but I have heard it and it sounds good.
It has Bluetooth. He paid around $60 on Amazon.
Boom box on a camping trip? Just seems wrong on several levels.
Why would anyone want one?

You do realize that "boombox" aka "ghetto blaster" is slang, slang that's been around for decades, for portable stereos, right?
I will let Ian and his dad know they are doing it wrong.
Fear not. Ian's boom box can't attain a high enough SPL to reach the 550 miles to Missouri.
I doubt if most Ohioans would appreciate it either.
I suppose if they blast away on private property they can do what they want as long as the neighbors don't complain.
