Galco Dual Position Phoenix.

How about a Bainchi #111 Cyclone 4" rev. It can be worn strong hand or cross draw. It is what my 329PD rides in, for hiking or use for back up when hunting. Very comfortible.

Kramer Leather makes a great horsehide pancake holster. The horsehide is thinner than cowhide, lighter, tougher and smoother to draw. It is more comfortable than a paddle though not as fast to put on the belt. The comfort out weighs the quick on/off the belt to me.
A very high quality product.
