The only one I know of is Williams Gunsight, but they come as a set, because the front one has to be taller to match the taller adjustable rear.
They are made from hard aluminum, instead of steel, so you have to be careful press fitting them. They have big fibers in them and work very well.

Stay away from thinking you need an adjustable sight if what needs adjusting is the shooter.
If your fixed sights are far off, something is wrong with you or your gun. Send the gun back if you're sure it's not you.

There are lots of threads on here about M&Ps seeming to shoot a bit low and left and the solution being developing a nice straight back trigger pull. But I won't accuse you of not pulling the trigger right. However, I will say that in general adjustable sights are best for "bulls-eye" guns, which M&Ps really aren't. They are quite accurate enough for their intended uses, self defense, military and police duty, and action shooting competition. But as "bulls-eye" guns, the 1911s will eat 'em up.

The sights are drift adjustable, within reason. And mine tend to want me to cover the intended POI with the sight post rather than balancing it on top of the post. I put Trijicon HD sights on mine and just put the yellow ball where I want the bullet to go.

Hey don't worry about it I'll just stick with my CZ and just leave the smith in the safe, it shoots right on the money probably not the shooter but the gun

Dawson Precision makes adjustable sight of good quality for the M&P, My M&P 9L performance center shot 4 to 5 in low at 20 yards with 115 gr factory, I was able to get POA and POI to be were it should at the top of the front post with 147gr load with factory sights with no sight movement.

When I cut a target in half with my front post I expect the round to hit center of mass at the top of my front post. Covering the target with my front post, does not work well for speed shooting as its to easy to lose perspective of the target. YMMV.

Good luck

Thanks guidedfishing I'll probably go that route with the DP adjustable rear sight. I installed one of their front sights that was lower around a .160 and it wasn't low enough. I'm probably about a 1" to 1.25" at 10 yrds, just looking to get it spot on.
