And that's just for .40 - lets throw in some 9mm:
"The new 9mm Luger contract is worth a maximum of $54 million, and the two contracts combined will be worth a maximum of $108 million over five years - the largest ammunition contracts in the history of federal law enforcement."
That's a hell of a lot more than 200 million rounds. And we still haven't counted up the .223, 12 gauge (buckshot and slugs) and 10mm (yes, we still shoot that), plus a smattering of .308 Win.
