I bought a Winchester usa white box Jacketed Hollow Point & it gave me a failure to eject & failure to fire, the round that didn't fire I cycled it through & it did fire but it failed to eject. Has anyone had the same issues on a mp shield 40?? The grain was 180gr 40 s&w.
