I know some of you have posted that they ship to your door in a couple days after ordering . Well , I ordered 11 days ago , and just got a tracking # to day. They say , may be in six more days they should be here. :confused: I know when I ordered it was during the "free shipping " special , so I guess I can not complain . They said FREE not FAST. :D I guess when its Free they walk them to your house. :cool:

Well I think they are in Idaho and I live right near a huge Fedex hub in Oregon so perhaps I am not the best example of average? I usually get the tracking# right away though. Maybe someone misplaced your order around thanksgiving? I ordered some 38 around the same time you did and they were here in 3 days.
 
I ordered on Blk Friday got mine the following Tuesday.

My UPS hub is 5 hours from the Xtreme warehouse. Reno, NV

I order Monday I get them on Tuesday everytime.
 
They had a great sale over Black Friday weekend and I would guess they were a little swamped. I placed two orders-one on 11/27 and one on 11/30. The orders were 3,895 apart. I did manage to win 500 free 9mm 147 gr HP's...thanks X-Treme.
 
I think it's more by pack mule.
I ordered on that special too. I've not received a tracking number.

Are ya'll talking about FEDEX?? If so you can find out some package info even without a tracking number and I'm sure UPS is the same way! All you need is an accurate street address and zip code for the recipient! About 50% of the time that's all a FEDEX agent needs to find the tracking number and can then confirm the rest of your delivery info and give you the package status as to just where it is in the delivery pipeline! Since you're the recipient the agent can't give you the tracking number BUT, at least you'll be getting some info about the shipment!!

Don't ask me just how I know this info BUT... If you call them and talk to an agent that has a DEEP Southern Drawl that sounds like a REALLY nice guy.... :eek:

I've always had great service from them with prompt delivery.

However, I ordered some 45ACP brass and some 308 brass the Saturday before Thanksgiving when they had 10% off and free or $5 shipping. Tuesday after TDay I got a "2 pack" box but the 308 was not in the box. I called and they promised to get it shipped and give me black Friday pricing for the inconvenience.

Thursday I got a call from them because the person forgot what part of my order was missing. After the UPS and FDX guys went through the neighborhood today I called again. All 3 times I got dumped into voice mail. That's also a first for me.

I'm not panicking only because I've always had good luck with them but I am disappointed.....
 
Their factory is about two hours away and I placed an order on black Friday for a 500 box of 44-200. The order didn't get here until yesterday - and it is wrong. I got a 500 box of 40-220. I sent an email last night. No reply so far. I called today - all FOUR of the different phone numbers on their website contact page. Never got past voicemail. Left a message, and got no callback. I'm less than pleased - to put it mildly. :(
 
In the past they've always processed & shipped my order promptly much to my satisfaction.

I placed an order on 11/30 & it shipped 12/07, no doubt because of their big sale. No biggie. Should be here Friday. :)

One thing, in the past wherever I emailed them I never got a reply back so that may not have changed. :(

My last order came out of Idaho and was sent not south but west to the Oregon "Main hub" then south to Calif . then east to Reno. 10 days.

Since you are on the East coast, give them 4 more days......
just be lucky you did not order around thanksgiving..........
oh, but you DID !!
Maybe 5 days..................
 
I have had both experiences. They got my stuff to me in a couple of days and it has taken a couple of weeks. With the political climate being what it is towards guns, I never expect to get my gun related stuff very quickly. The demand on the vendors is just to great.
 
I think everybody's swamped. The online stores have notices of shipping delays due to high demand.
 
I placed a order on 12-2-15 and never heard from them so I called them yesterday. the man said he would get my order out that day. No email or tracking number yet. That's not the normal way they deliver but I thought I'd pile on with y'all.
 
I normally receive my order in 3 to 5 days. However, during the holidays last year one of my orders did take over two weeks.
 
I've always had good service and fast shipping with Xtreme. I ordered 2000 , Black Friday received them 12/7..

I figure they were probably quite busy with orders with the 10% off and free shipping. Plus the volume of shipping of everything this time of year.

I always figure if I needed it sooner,, I should have ordered it sooner. :D
 
Got through to a human today and looks like my 308 brass will be a few weeks out. He offered to refund me or surprise me with a gift when it arrives. I really like these folks so I told him to surprise me. He asked if I wanted to know and I just said Merry Christmas! Hey, it's all good :)

Hmmmm, 2 weeks before Christmas and delivery is kinda slow. Locally UPS has gone to ATVs pulling trailers just trying to keep up.
I hope the presents I ordered get here in time.

I have too, and I understand it being "THAT" time of year and the shipping lanes being full to overflowing. Believe me, I work for a shipping company, I understand that part all too well.

So, the issue with my order taking nearly two weeks to get here from a company that is two hours away, I can accept that explanation.

But shipping the wrong thing - not so much.
Not responding to the emails I sent them - not at all.
Not returning calls when I leave a voice mail - nope, not acceptable either.

Then, today, I get my first communication from them.
A tracking notice email saying they created a label to ship me a 14.6 pound package - that is scheduled to arrive on Monday. I have to assume that means they are correcting their error and sending me what I ordered. But with no communication or even acknowledgment that they received my emails or voice mails, that's just an assumption. Probably a pretty safe assumption, but it would have been nice to hear something from their customer service department. I guess I'll find out come Monday.

I guess they will get here when they get here. I am betting on Monday . Was not complaining , just making an observation, as I am still waiting on a Midway order that was placed at the same time. The shipping on that one was not free , but not too bad either . Not in a hurry so as long as they get here before the Fat Guy in the Red Suit . ( And I do not mean Me, Thank You. ) :p
 
I placed my order on "Black Friday Reloaded" Saturday. Got my order today, with 500 free 165 gr 9mm bullets!

Man, those things are LONG!
 
I have placed several orders with X-treme and have always been pleased. Placed and order on Black Friday for 3,000 assorted bullets and it was delivered last week. My 2nd order of 1,000 was ordered a few days later and was originally scheduled for delivery today (11th), but was rescheduled for Monday (14th). I didn't order because I was OUT, I ordered because of the SALE. And knowing how swamped they probably have been, I've got no complaints. :-) Usual delivery for me is 2-3 days tops; this time of year, it takes a little longer!
 
I don't wait until I'm out of bullets before ordering, so I don't really care if it takes a few weeks. Besides, they just had a big sale, and I'm sure they got swamped with orders. As long as their quality doesn't suffer, I can wait.
 
Update: Came home to find my X-treme bullet order came today.
Was happy to see them. :D Even though the quantity was off :(
Shorted a dozen between the two different sizes that were ordered. Sent them a message and hope to hear from them. Love their bullets and so far good customer service. :cool:

(Edit) Make that 11 , found one on the floor.

Looks like I got a 500 piece box of 40/10mm for free - since they haven't asked for them back...

Hey I think those are mine.

You just know the shipping guys over there were dreading that sale. I can almost hear the grumbling haha.
