Your Last S&W Revolver Acquisition???

Two weeks ago I picked up this 2" 15-2. Yesterday I got it back from H&M who black nitrided it for me. Very happy with my newest acquisition. Can't wait to get back to the USA and shoot it.

I just bought a 31-1 on gunbroker last week. I am still waiting for it to get to my ffl. It was sitting in the seller's uncles desk drawer for over 20 years until he recieved it. Looks to be like new. So the pictures are taken off my tablet of the auction pics. Cant wait for another 38 s&w to go into my collection.

Back in April I bought a somewhat scare 4" 686-4 7 shot.
It balances very nice, and is a treat to shoot. The newer style Goodyears aren't as pretty as wood, but they are perfect for shooting.

My newest S&W revolver acquisitions

My last S&W revolver acquisition was clear back on March 23 of this year, and it was a double, since I purchased two Smith & Wessons from the same dealer at the same time. The two newest are a Model 18-4 that shipped from the factory in 1982, and a Model 57-1 that shipped in 1982 or 1983.

Model 18-4

This one turned out to be an incredibly good shooter. :)

Still haven't gotten around to shooting the Model 57, but they all seem to shoot great. :D

The last purchases I acquired two I've been looking for a long time now I can fill the gaps first was a 41-1 22 Short and the next a 17-1 witch was very hard to find the first one was a little to used and this one isn't LNIB but it's very good and that suits me as I shoot all my firearms
Pictures to come

This model 63-5 bought new a year or so ago. Shown with my Grandpa's Oregon Rainbow Trout creel, many were carried in there. We don't use creels here in Louisiana a large ice chest, or two, will do! I sure do like the 63 great to carry on walks along the swamp and general plinking 3" barrel, great for on belt or pocket holster carry

This spring I ran across this somewhat scarce Smith.
Model 14 no dash. 5" bbl, 4 screw frame, TT, TH, TS.
Letter arrived about a month ago confirming it left the factory as such April 1959.
When I got it, a call to Roy initially showed the gun as a birth month/year gun for me. Letter placed it 1 year earlier. Was a little disappointed, but then I have never put much value on a birth year gun.

One of the prettiest Smiths I have owned.
