What do you feel is your most formidable handgun in YOUR hands?

Can be an everyday carry, nightstand gun, etc.....

Here's mine.

It'll be awhile and a special gun that replaces this Beretta as the go to. My first handgun purchase and, 13 years later, still my favorite.

Andy Griffith, what is that small stainless gun in your pics?

Cool, thanks for the info. I've never seen one before.

Depends on the situation.

My semi-autos have more firepower, but aren't powerful enough to penetrate decent cover.

For an aggressor using *no cover*, my Para Ordinance P14 will do.

Against someone who is trained in combat and uses cover, probably one of my 57's or 58. I like to turn cover into concealment whenever possible.

You can hide....but you can't run. :D

I love my hand guns , but I try to remind my family and friends they are for when you can't have a rifle or shotgun .

I'd say my 3 inch 629 backpacker in .44 mag. Shoots good and carries well in a Haugen Big Magnum carry holster.

It just looks wicked with those big barrel and cylinder holes from the receiving end too.

Some say it's one of my model 58s, some say any S&W revolver, and some say it's any handgun I happen to be shooting. But, I prefer my standard barreled model 10.

Not exactly a personal defense gun, but this gun puts bullets where I want them, when I want them there. While not the most powerful in .32-20, it is accurate.

This is a great carry gun though. At 10 yards it makes large holes where 10 rings once were.
