Favorite 9mm carry gun?

I only have two carry guns and both are 9mm :)

I would pick my Kel-tec only because I can carry it in my pocket for the best CC. I also carry my stigma around depending on my mood.

I like this PPS. It's light, slim, has no safety, sits low in the hand, is relatively inexpensive, and pretty accurate at rapid fire.

Well mine is a .40 rather than 9mm but they are made in 9mm, Sig 239. Mine is the second generation SAS and I carry it quite a bit. After an expensive trial and error process of trying to find the "perfect carry gun", I've found that the 239 fits the bill for me. For me the perfect carry gun was something inbetween a j-frame in the pocket and a 5" 1911 on the hip. While the 239 is heavier and lacks the capacity of the Glock 23 and HK P2000 that I owned before it, I shoot much better with it.

In a 9mm, it is almost always my kahr PM9. Every once in a while I'll sneak in my glock 26, but not often. The kahr just hides so easy and is so easy to carry that it is a natural for me.

As a few others I see posted - in hot weather pocket carry, my Kahr PM9. For holster carry, a HK P7 in a custom Haugen belt scabbard.

Back in the day when all we were allowed in autos were DAs, my choice was the S&W 3914. I have to agree that if one is going with a 9mm the 3913 and 3914 are excellent choices. Slim, compact, easy to carry and easy to conceal.
Of course when the rules changed I went with a 1911 in .45acp.
The 9mm is a decent round, but I've never really been a big fan. In an auto I much prefer the .45acp.
Today if I were stuck with a 9mm, it would be a Hi-Power.

XD9 service model IWB, XD40 Tactical in a Drop Leg Rig, & a S&W 1006 in a Vertical Shoulder Rig for for when the little guns can't get it done.

I carry the 9mm exclusively. On my belt I carry a Model 3913. In my pocket or ankle holster, a Model 637 converted to 9mm moonclips by TK Custom.

I agree, the 3913TSW is a very fine carry pistol. I find it compact enough to carry, yet it is not cumbersome to handle in a large hand.

For me it would be either my 940 or Converted 642/942 Centennial revolvers..
If it came down to something Bigger that held more rounds then it would be my Model 547 S&W K Frame 9mm revolver.

Easy Call...

THe M39 is sure tempting... but no question now... If I had to carry a 9mm it would be a M&P 9c.

With about 45 min of trigger work these guns are fantastic...

FWIW
