I have been fortunate to have acquired a few interesting pair of revolver stocks.

Without further ado , here are the descriptions ,and pictures.

Maple N frame magnas ,a recent gun broker auction. On a 4" 27-2.

A pair of Executioner Elk stag grips ,on a 3.5"27-2.

Old stag ,on a model 57.

Oyster shell pearl 'hideouts' on a 2.5" 19-3.

Goncalo alves magnas on a nickel model 57.

"Fuzzy Farrants" on a 1950 ,357 magnum.

Rosewood 'coke' stocks on a pristeen 'S' series 5" 27-2.

Sperm whale ivory on a 3"model 13-2.

J frame fingergroove combats on a model 35-1.

Tylers' tru-fit faux ivory on a model 29-4.

Tyler Tru-fit butterscotch micarta for J frame centennial, a recent gun show find.

Another Tyler tru-fit pair , K round on a 13-3.

Tyler tru-fit , full size K square combat (PPC) grips on my 14-3 ppc revolver.

Strange and unusual hogue grips designed by Jerry Miculek on a 625 Mountain Gun.

K frame fingergroove combats that never came on this model 66-5, but look right on it.

Old K square stags , on a model 15-1.

Possibly the nicest pair of modern laminate factory stocks I've seen. On a bead blast model 629-4 .

K frame round butt pearl hideouts on a 460 XVR ?

Model 10-6 with Ahrends "Retro Combat" grips in Oil Finished Moradillo

Where can I find X-Frame grips? I would like to put something on my 460. Recently went to a gun show and asked a dealer if he knew of anyone that sells them but he said no. He also remarked that anything but the factory grips would eventually break or crack.

X Frame grips are the same as K & L frame as long as thier Round or Square Butt.. I believe all the X frames are Round Butt but could be wrong on that..
The dealer at the show you went to probobly had some grips that would have worked for you BTW..

All these beautiful grips are a feast for the eyes. I have a set of Executioners stags on my 24-3 but no photo. Guess this will have to do; a pair of Bear Hug grips in my wierdo .44 snubby.

Ok, I'll play. A set of my Hogue grips. I think they are beautiful and somewhat unusual--the checkering on this set of grips is more extensive than on any Hogue grips I have seen.
