HKS makes one for the 6 shot version of the 617 K-22. They are parts # 619-896 in the Midway catalog. Around $10 each. They work pretty well. Keep in mind that a 22 revolver is harder to speed load than say a 38 Special. I shoot my 617 in Rimfire Division at our clubs Defensive pistol matches. The HKS speed loader makes it compedative with semi-automatics.
Someone makes one for the 10 shot version also. A friend of mine has one.

I've got two of the DS10 speedloaders as well as a couple of loading blocks, and I love them! They are a requirement if you own a 10 shot 617!

BobR1 is right about speed loading 22s. After you shoot the first two cylinders full the chambers are dirty enough so that the rounds have to be thumbed the rest of the way in so you can close the cylinder. The DS 10 round speed loaders and loading blocks are nice but don't bother getting more than one of the handles - they are pretty useless. Another thing about the DS loaders is that every other "pusher" pin in them is offset so that every other round chambered is higher than the one next to it so thumbing the rounds in is mandatory once the cylinder is dirty. The reason they are offset according to DS is to reduce the strain on the yoke retention screw when you force the rounds into the chambers with the loader. DS used to make the loaders so all were shoved in evenly but not anymore.

He also makes an 8-shot version for the newer 63's and 317 - they work as well as my 10-shot for the 617 - great!

The DS-10's are really great. I did not get a handle, and don't really see a need for it.
I got the 100 round block, and that is just about right for what I usually shoot with that gun. I do wish the blocks had a cover, so you could just leave a loaded block in your bag without it getting dumped if the bag was upset.

When are speedloaders necessary? Is there some timed event with the 10 shot 22s. I have done the rubber duck, 5 across elimination with my Buckmark but never the revolver. If 10 shots doesn't get it, practice for next time.
