A ProMag coupler, It comes with 4 couplers to couple two pairs of mags. It was cheap and doesn't interfere with the loading tabs. If you make them too tight though it will bind up the follower.

Good eye. I can't comment on how good they act as flash hiders because I have never shot them at night (none of the outdoor ranges I frequent are open at night). All I can say is I like them equally and I don't think any one is better than the other. The finish on the blackout is like the anodized finish on the mega receivers, the vortex is a more matted flat finish.
The ACS has the best cheek weld out of the three, followed by the UBR then the CTR. The ACS is much like the LMT SOPMOD and the VLTOR iMOD which are known for having a great cheek weld. The UBR is slightly wider than the CTR so it's almost a compromise between the ACS and CTR.

I think the UBR requires an A2 tube to mount to.
The UBR comes with its own proprietary receiver extension to mount the stock to. You do not use an A2 extension on a UBR. A UBR will not work on a 15-22 unless you do some heavy modifications to it.

Scotty, How does the Bipod grip feel/work for you? I bought a Grip-Pod GPS-02 and didn't like the feel on the 15-22. I put it on my Hi Point 995TS. I think a shorter rip would feel better to me. Great guns tho, don't ya think.

heres mine iv had it for about a month. i got all the "normal" stuff and color matched the crayon the best i could to the FDE. it actually matches vary well just crappy pics form my phone make it look alot lighter than it is.

Got my rail covers and put them on to fit all 4 rails and around my vertical grip. I think it makes it look Bad ***!!!

New to the Forum but not firearms, here is my 15-22 in Magpul FDE (not a MOE FDE, I replaced all the parts) and accessories coated with Brownells Aluma-Hyde 2, in real life it matches really close but not the crappy photo, fun little plinker with the AAC Element on it, after a couple thousand rounds I have yet to fire it unsuppressed. I am still debating on doing the whole rifle FDE

I like that sling, what one is that? It looks fairly simple. I'm not a fan of those fancy 3 point slings that end up all tangled and I have to use a single at work which is not my favorite way to carry a weapon either.
