M&P Shield breech face issue?

UPDATE:

Sent the Shield in to S&W on 5/10 and got it back 3.5 weeks later with a new slide and a free 7 round magazine. I had also mentioned that the trigger seemed heavy at 7.25 lbs based on my RCBS gauge but the paperwork doesn't indicate that they even looked at it.

I'll need to find some time to out a few rounds downrange.

Yup, the breech face looks great. However the new slide came with new sights and the front sight is missing the dot. S&W is the only one to have fired it so I guess quality control isn't what it used to be! It's not that big of a deal as I'll be putting on a set of night sights, but I did find it interesting.
