Lo, it came to pass that the Snubby and his people were exiled for they had angered the mighty Gorilla.

"Get thee and thine posteriors to the unarmed wastes of Mary's Land for the allotted time!" sayeth the Gorilla.

And so he shall be driven out from the land of steel and walnut, as the first man and woman were driven from their idyll.

Much gnashing of the teeth, and pulling of hair awaits all who may shun The Laws set forth by the Great Gorilla.

Go forth, post, and revell in all that is S&W!

Shoot. Now I'm hearing voices.
Exiled to Maryland?
Noooo!!!

A Horror story:
Remove magazine from pistol to be certain it is empty. Pull back bolt and inspect chamber making sure no cartridge remains in the chamber. Reinsert magazine and point pistol straight down at floor then pull the trigger. While holding the pistol in the downward position remove the magazine, then using a paper clip or other 'hook' pull the latch strut on the mainspring housing out away from the grip frame. Pull down sharply on mainspring housing and disengage round pin from receiver tube, then remove mainspring housing completely. Point pistol upward and remove bolt assembly from rear of receiver tube. Using a wooden block or plastic tip mallet tap rear of receiver tube to dislodge receiver from frame assembly.

To reassemble pistol. First make a sacrifice to the Deity of your choice. Remove all children and easily scared or offended adults from the immediate area-preferably several blocks away.
Take a couple nerve pills and have a pint of strong whiskey on hand for later. Insert magazine into frame and point pistol toward sky while pulling trigger. Make sure hammer falls backward into frame. Remove Magazine. Now mate the barrel/receiver assembly to the frame. Tap on the muzzle with the block of wood or mallet until receiver fully seats on frame. Look into open end of receiver and make sure hammer is still laying flat. Insert bolt assembly into receiver. Reinsert magazine. Point pistol at floor and pull trigger. Look in the mainspring housing hole. Make certain hammer is forward, in fired position. Look for little black strut hanging off back of hammer and see that it isn't under the frame crosspin. Now- say another prayer, reinsert mainspring housing pin through frame and receiver tube holes, then get the top of the mainspring housing hooked in the frame, now point pistol skyward while pushing housing shut and hope the little strut drops into the tiny little recess in the housing. Close mainspring latch and attempt to pull bolt rearward to cock pistol. Say a HUGE prayer if it works. If not, swear and curse then remove mainspring housing again and start from "Look for the little black strut" again. Repeat until you either have a functioning Ruger MKIII OR you smash everything in you gunroom due to a fit of rage, then run screaming into the night.....

OMG! That is too funny! Sad, and true, but LOL funny.
May not be so funny when I try to take my MKII apart.
No, I haven't.
Ever.

Do you think caramel apple pie fudge will help a sore throat?
Oh, I know, caramel apple pie fudge followed by a shot of Tullamore. That'd help!

now back to......well...drifting:cool:

Look at the big picture

Connect the dots, we need to develop some synergy, get the ball rolling, think outside of the box.
We need to move the goal post, give 110% to kick the can down the road because the bottom line here is we need to take ownership, find the smoking gun, and make it happen.
Let's all get on the same page. We need all of you to spearhead this thing.
At the end of the day, it's about success. That's the takeaway here. It can be a win-win situation. Are we in agreeance? Let's run with it!!!!!
GET DRIFTING PEOPLE!!!!

This is like a chain letter right? If we break the chain now Hillery ends up in the White House is the word on the street. Go 5000
