Here we are again with the whole integrity thing.
It doesn't matter how many PSI - the balls were under inflated beyond league rules and specifications.
That's called cheating.
A great message for kids..... It's ok to cheat as long as you win.
Doesn't matter, minor stuff, 1 lb, 3 lbs, no lbs, snow plows, illegal filming, who knows what else, it's all about the win.

Actually the snow plow is probably hanging from a jail cell in Walpole prison... if ya remember we used convicts for cleaning the snow!!!
As for the rest of the stuff... like the old saying.... everyone was doing it... it's sad, when excuses are all anyone has for losing .. or winning... We make no excuses either way, win or lose. Just to make it to a SB, let alone win it is an almost impossible accomplishment.. to go to 6 SB's, with 13-14 divisional championships .... is insane... and I can tell you they didn't get here by cheating every year..

I can agree with alot of that. I don't think Indy had a beef with the balls put in play, they pretty much admitted getting whupped, wasn't it Baltimore that tipped the officials.
I don't think cheating changed the outcome of the games.
However, I hear so many excuse the cheating because of the lopsided outcome of the game. So if cheating really makes no difference, why cheat at all? To risk cheating when you don't need to is plain stupid. So are these guys liars or idiots or both?
I know one thing...if they belonged to this forum and wanted to sell or trade with me, I would run away and not look back. But then we should never take football as seriously as a Smith revolver.
