I was on the verge of installing an optical reader app on my phone when I found out just what
sort of info it wanted access to.

Why would an optical reader need data on the phone calls I make???

I hit cancel. It's disgusting the way they want you to hand over your life, just so you can scan the
little encoded square thingy on the box of cereal or whatever.
