I almost hate to say this because I know I'll get slammed for it, but I don't dislike that Glock much more than I do most engraved guns. Just not "my thing." Yes, I know the engraving takes skill, and time, and money...I just don't care for it. I don't care if someone else likes it and wants it though.
I was in the gun store the other day and noticed a whole shelf full of guns that were pink, maroon, blue, purple, and orange. At first I thought I was literally looking at a shelf full of toy guns. Especially that day-glow orange one. Man that thing looked like a toy. I'm not sure if that bugs me or not. The logical side of my head says it doesn't.

The bottom one looks more like a pimps gun. I saw one profiled in the news as one taken from a known pimp, only it was the ugliest-looking luger I've ever seen. This dope, had purple enlaid grips, and the luger was gold-plated.

I'll take it.... The batgun too, I have a gold anodized desert eagle that I bought because the guy was selling it for 500 bucks. I almost never turn down a deal. I use it to annoy my dad as we both use his gun room even though I don't live there anymore. I'll make deposits of guns that I am not interested in at the time. The phone calls I get about the "pimp gun" being left near the British doubles and Teutonic guild guns are hilarious. Once I added a pink daisy red rider to the rifle rack right in between the holland and holland royal and the Ernst suhl guild gun.

The ugliest thing on that gun is just above the cylinder release.

Sure, I'd take either one for the right price. I mean, I'd pay $200 for that demolished Glock. Then I'd go to Ace and get me some barbecue paint and fix it.
Yeah, it's a shame that such quality effort was put into destroying a nice gun.
