1911 bushing tool

Please tell me if the S&W 1911 comes with the tool to remove the barrel bushing in the box?

If it has to be bought separately what's the best option?

No, the Smith & Wesson SW1911 does not typically come with a barrel bushing tool. While some 1911 models do include this tool for disassembly and reassembly, it is not a standard inclusion with the SW1911.
A simple google will answer a lot of questions.

I agree, 99.9% . . . All my 1911s except for one don't need the bushing tool. The Les Baer, though, is tight! The bushing won't come out without a tool. Not sure if that's a good thing or not. It's a bit of a pain, but it sure is accurate. TANSTAAFL!

I have bought four S&W 1911's everyone came with a bushing tool.

I have the tool SW included with their full sized 1911, but this one works better. The spring retainer remains trapped, and can't go flying off into spaces unknown. It doesn't help with reassembly, but that's easy enough with the butt of a magazine, while retaining control.
