I've seen many remarkable nature photographs over the years, but this photo of a nesting Falcon in an old tree is perhaps the most remarkable nature shot that I've ever seen.

I hope the drifters here enjoy it as much as I do!!

What's For Supper?

Homemade lasagne, everything except the store bought sauce! I buy the giant lasagna noodles and blanch them, I use 4 different cheeses.Ricotta, Parmesan, Coby, lots of Mozzarella! I'm NOT using meat this time. Grandson likes my cheese lasagna.

A bag of frozen peas, with a dab of, real butter. Slowly simmering while the lasagna cooks.

Fresh Texas toast that I'll broil on one side to get it crispy and then flip em over and put bits of real butter on the slices broil till golden brown.

I just finished the lasagna and it needs to bake about a hour. Just in time for wifey to get home. Maybe that'll put her in a better mood? I doubt it! but worth a try!

It takes awhile, but well worth the effort!
